WE ARE HIRING

  • More than 10 years’ experience
  • Should be a CA/ICWA
  • Minimum 5 EBS Implementations and at least 2 Fusion Implementations
  • 5 + years’ experience
  • Preferably CA/ICWA
  • Minimum 3-5 EBS Implementations and 2 Fusion implementation/exposure
  • Experience – 2 to 3 Years in SharePoint development
  • Engage in discussions, understand requirements & prepare business requirement documents.
  • Develop custom solution for given specifications using the Microsoft SharePoint
  • Adherence to development policies, processes and internal systems update
  • Ongoing knowledge gathering, appliance and communication
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Meeting project milestones
  • Office 365 / SharePoint Online Development Experience
  • Good knowledge in SQL
  • Experience of SharePoint Server Side and Client Side Object Model
  • Experience in SharePoint Designer Workflows
  • Experience in ASP.NET / MVC / C# .NET / HTLM / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery
  • Experience in using Visual Studio and using Microsoft Team Foundation Services

  • Experience of using Bootstrap (or responsive design equivalent)

  • 5+ years of technology experience using Oracle Products – Oracle E-Business suite, Oracle fusion Middleware products
  • Oracle Database 11g and 12c – installation, configuration and support
  • Expertise in Oracle E-Business suite 12.1.x and 12.2.x installation, configuration and support
  • Experience in Oracle SOA, WebLogic, Web Center, OBIEE etc installation and configuration
  • Good understanding and support experience of UNIX and Linux
  • Good understanding of network, storage, UNIX file systems, TPC/IP etc
  • Experience in Oracle ERP – patching and Cloning
  • Troubleshooting concurrent manager issues
  • Expertise in configuring parallel concurrent processing and custom manager’s creation
  • Experience in backup and restore using RMAN or related tools
  • Oracle RAC experience is required
  • Exposure to Load balancer and network concepts.
  • Exposure to performance tuning
  • Code migration across environments
  • Good written and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams for production support projects.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed environments with offshore teams and outsourced application development teams

  • 8-10 years experience working in Oracle HCM product suite (EBS/Fusion/Taleo)
  • Having a thorough knowledge of the HR business processes for various industry domains such as recruit to hire, hire to retire & benefits to Payment Processes
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales roles for HCM domain
  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and business pitches
  • Should be an expert in writing proposals and compliance sheets
  • Should be able to present solutions to customers and possess excellent presentation skills.

  • Installation/Configuration/Product understanding/SOA/Scripting
  • Problem resolution/Create RCA from application/gateway/web server point of view
  • Configure additional language packs on Siebel server
  • Configure Load balancing Native/3rd Party & Clustering
  • Configure SSO RSA/LDAP on Siebel server
  • Siebel eScripting/PL-SQL knowledge adds advantage
  • 6+ years of hands on experience
  • Experience in performing bulk data load using EIM
  • Strong knowledge in SQL/PL-SQL
  • Experience using ETL tool Informatica or ODI
  • Clear understanding on the best practices for performance improvement
  • Scheduling of data import jobs in Siebel/OS
  • Data import from delimited file using SQL Loader
  • Knowledge/Experience on data merge adds advantage
  • Candidates with experience working as a Business analyst or techno functional consultant in sales or service or marketing implementation projects
